Country music in Sheffield used to mean the occasional tribute night and not much else. That has changed fast. In 2026 the Steel City has everything from sweaty outdoor Nashville takeovers to intimate Americana gigs in neighbourhood pubs, plus a growing run of tribute festivals for anyone who wants to belt out Zach Bryan or Dolly Parton with a room full of like-minded strangers.
Whether you are a die-hard country fan or just fancy a day out with cowboy boots, BBQ and singalongs, here is your guide to the best country music events in Sheffield in 2026, from August through December.
Country music gigs in Sheffield 2026
Sheffield: A Nashville Country Music Experience at FORGE Warehouse, Saturday 1st August
Doors: 6:00pm | Show: 7:00pm – 10:00pm
Life's A Rodeo brings its Nashville Country Music Experience to Sheffield for a night that does exactly what it says on the tin. This is a live country performance show rather than a DJ night, working through hits from some of the biggest names in the genre: Dolly Parton, Morgan Wallen, Kenny Rogers, Shania Twain, Taylor Swift and more. Expect the full range, from foot-stomping anthems to the slower ballads that make country music so singalong-friendly.
It is a good early August option if you want a proper country night without committing to a full outdoor festival. Note: you will need physical ID to get in, and last entry is 8:00pm, so do not turn up late expecting to slip through the doors.
Tickets: From £9 (group saver, 6+ tickets) or £12.50 general admission. Age 18+.

Jenny Don't & The Spurs at The Greystones, Tuesday 11th August
Doors: 7:30pm | Show: 8:00pm
Not every country night in Sheffield is a tribute act, and this is the one to catch if you want the real thing. Jenny Don't & The Spurs are a Portland, Oregon band with deep roots in rock and roll, honky tonk and cowpunk. Founded by Jenny Don't (formerly of Pierced Arrows), the band has spent over a decade on the road, playing close to 600 shows across a dozen countries and releasing four albums along the way.
Their sound draws on 50s and 60s rock and roll and beat music, blended with western-influenced swing. Jenny Don't's voice is the centrepiece: raw, authentic and genuinely moving on the slower numbers. They are touring Europe in summer 2026 and stopping at The Greystones on the way. Expect tracks from their newest album, Broken Hearted Blue.
This is a seated-standing gig in a great pub, the kind where you can actually hear the guitar and feel the band connect with the crowd. A brilliant counterpoint to the bigger tribute festivals elsewhere on this list.
The Greystones is a cosy neighbourhood pub on Greystones Road with one of the best small live rooms in Sheffield, the sort of place where you feel properly close to the stage.
Tickets: From around £16 exc. booking fee. Age 14+ (under-18s must be accompanied by an adult).

Road to Nashville Outdoor Festival at Steel Yard, Saturday 29th August
2:00pm – 11:00pm (gates from 1:00pm)
Round two of Sheffield's biggest country day out. The first Road to Nashville at Steel Yard sold out earlier in the year, and the demand was enough to bring it back for a second crack on the August bank holiday weekend.
The live music lineup features tribute performances to Dolly Parton, Shania Twain, Morgan Wallen and Miley Cyrus, with Luke Combs UK headlining. Luke Combs UK is worth calling out specifically: they are the tribute act officially endorsed by Luke Combs himself, so if you want the closest thing to the real deal without a flight to Nashville, this is it.
It is not just about the music at this outdoor festival. They have got honky tonk line dancing, rodeo bull rides, axe throwing, BBQ food on offer, and Western-themed décor across the site. It is the most immersive country event on this list and easily the one to pick if you want a full day rather than an evening.
Steel Yard is SYSheffield's outdoor warehouse space in Neepsend, all open sky and summer party energy, built for exactly this kind of thing.
Tickets: Prices vary based on the time of purchase. Age 18+.

Sheffield Country Tribute Festival at Network Sheffield, Saturday 26th September
2:00pm – 11:00pm
Network Sheffield has built a reputation for all-day tribute festivals (soul, reggae, indie and more), and September brings the country edition. The Sheffield Country Tribute Festival runs from afternoon into late evening across the venue's stages, with a stack of live country tribute acts on the bill. Tributes include Shania Twain, Lainey Wilson, Garth Brooks, Taylor Swift and more.
Alongside the live acts, there are street food vendors at Earls Yard. It is a solid option if you want variety in one ticket rather than picking a single tribute act for the night.
Tickets: From £15 (early bird). Age 14+ (under-18s must be accompanied by an adult).
Country Day Party at Foundry, Saturday 14th November
3:00pm – 8:00pm
If you want a fun atmosphere while still getting home before it is dark, the Country Day Party at Foundry is built for you. This is a daytime party where the DJs spin tracks spanning decades of country: Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Chris Stapleton, Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Shania Twain, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Kacey Musgraves, and more. Old school and modern, all in one room.
It is the kind of event where you do not need to know every artist on the list to have a good time. Cowboy hats optional.
Tickets: From £16.99.

Sheffield Goes Country at Network Sheffield, Saturday 19th December
7:30pm – 11:00pm
Cap off the year with a modern country blowout. Sheffield Goes Country is a focused evening rather than a full festival day, built around two of the UK's biggest country tribute acts: Luke Combs UK and Morgan Wallen Tribute UK. Both perform with full live bands, delivering massive hits and the kind of big choruses that get a room shouting along.
If you caught Road to Nashville in August and loved the Luke Combs UK set, this is your chance to see them in a more intimate (but still high-energy) venue setting, paired with a full Morgan Wallen tribute on the same bill. It is the most straightforward "modern country hits" night on this list and a good one to bring friends who might not know every B-side but definitely know "Beautiful Crazy."
Tickets: From £26. Age 14+ (under-18s must be accompanied by an adult).
A few more worth knowing about
These did not make our main list but are worth a look if you are building a country calendar for the rest of 2026:
- Katy Hurt with Two Ways Home: The Better Together Tour at The Greystones, Thursday 1st October. Two of the UK's best country and Americana acts co-headline with full bands. Not a tribute night, but a great night of original UK country on the calendar. Tickets from around £18.50.

- Baskery at The Greystones, Wednesday 11th November. A Swedish alt-Americana sister trio with folk and country influences, though they would probably push back if you called them a country band. A different flavour if you want something beyond standard country. Tickets around £22.
