Get your brightest outfits out and your glitter ready, because Kelham Pride is officially back for its third year on Saturday 20th June 2026, and it is shaping up to be even better than before!
The festival is completely free to attend, though the organizers gratefully accept donations to help keep this independent event running. A hugely popular event, last year saw over 11,000 people joining the party. This year, everything kicks off at 1:00 PM with the highly attended parade starting outside the Kelham Island Museum, marching its way down to the main arena on Burton Road. The main street event runs from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM, featuring community stalls, multiple stages, and a massive headline performance from RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner Danny Beard on the main stage.
One of the best things about Kelham Pride is that the celebration is spread across loads of different independent venues, meaning you can bounce around all day to find the exact music and vibe you are looking for. Here is your ultimate guide to the best spots to hit this weekend:

As one of the biggest hubs of the festival, Peddler Warehouse is an absolute must-visit. This is where you will find the iconic Peddler Market, serving up a mouth-watering array of street food. Last year they had everything from bratwurst and bao buns to massive burgers and masala fries. On the drinks front, they always bring something unique. Last year, Neepsend Brew Co had everyone laughing with their specially brewed "Brew Paul" beer. This year, they have knocked it out of the park again with "Sashay IPA," an East Coast IPA crafted exclusively for Kelham Pride, which we can’t wait to try.

If you want a truly unique drinking experience, head over to Factory Floor on Burton Road. Housed in a former spring factory, this place merges industrial-chic style with cutting-edge acoustics. The best bit is the bar itself, which looks like a mad genius's laboratory. They use a custom-built system of glass apparatus up the walls to create "drip-infused" spirits. The liquor slowly drips through a blend of exotic fruits, herbs, and spices over several hours to extract every last drop of flavour. Add in the fact that they often host spectacular burlesque acts, and you will be right chuffed spending part of your pride here.

From 5:00 PM all the way through to 1:00 AM, Alder is bringing a massive day-to-night party. Featuring riotous acts like Clitspit, Lavender Gray, and Public Commodity all hitting the stage. Once the live performances wrap up, there’s a late-night 80s music session running from 11 PM until 1 AM.
Location: 32 Rutland Rd, Neepsend, Sheffield S3 8DP
Happy’s Bar is a top-tier choice to spend some time at during pride. It has a fantastic interior that blends colourful eclectic touches with a raw industrial feel, with corrugated metal lining the walls and the bar. They haven’t said what they’re offering for pride yet, but they regularly offer drag karaoke takeovers, so expect a thoroughly entertaining time.

While Yellow Arch hasn't officially announced their specific lineup for the day just yet, they are a cornerstone of the Neepsend nightlife scene and always deliver something special. Last year, they hosted a legendary drag queen punk band that absolutely blew the roof off. Keep your eyes peeled for their announcement because whatever they have planned is bound to be a highlight of the day.

If your taste in drag leans a bit more toward the unconventional, dark, and chaotic, you need to head over to Harvest Lane for the TRASH HAUS After Party at The Lughole. Think Dragula-style alternative drag filth, heavy punk energy, and a sweaty dancefloor. The night is the hostess Binbag, and features performances from Cilla Bang and Beanie Bonce. It all kicks off at 7:00 PM, and tickets are a total bargain at just £6. Just remember that The Lughole is a members-only, grassroots DIY venue, so it is well worth signing up for a quick membership, at least 48 hours before on their site to support this underground gem.
Location: 32-34 Chapel Walk, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield S1 2PD
Though not an official afterparty, Gut Level is hosting an incredible night for queer women that warrants the schlep from Kelham. They are a DIY, not-for-profit community space that does amazing work recentering nightlife around grassroots projects, including nights dedicated to lesbians and queer women who often don't get as many dedicated events just to themselves. The night of pride, they’re featuring a heavy-hitting electronic lineup: Silicone Carbide: Mecha Breaks, blu.dream, Suki S.O.S, and TB-316. To keep the space safe and community-focused, you need to be a member to attend, but registration is dead cheap (starting from just two quid a year) and the money goes directly toward sustaining their excellent work in the community.
Location: 1 Hereford St, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield S1 4PR
When the street events in Kelham start winding down and you’re still looking for a place to party past midnight, there is really only one place the night can truly end. Located over on Hereford Street near the Moor, Dempseys is the cornerstone of gay nightlife in the city and is the oldest gay bar in Sheffield. They haven't announced an official Kelham Pride afterparty, but you can always count on them for an absolute classic night out.
See you there!
