Admiral Fallow (Louis Abbott, Kevin Brolly, Phil Hague, Sarah Hayes and Joe Rattray) have spent nearly two decades crafting a truly singular sound. From their debut Boots Met My Face (2011) to Tree Bursts In Snow (2012), Tiny Rewards (2015), The Idea of You (2021), and their latest, First Of The Birds (2025) on Chemikal Underground, the band have continually pushed their rich blend of folk, chamber pop and post-rock into bold new territory. Renowned for their spellbinding live shows, they’ve toured across the UK, Europe, North America and Australia, lit up festival stages, and supported The Proclaimers. Along the way, they’ve performed with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, created an ambitious chamber opera (Navigate The Blood), and celebrated key milestones with special hometown shows. Restless, inventive, and still evolving, Admiral Fallow remain a band apart – defining their own path and showing no signs of slowing down.
