The Spiel
Open Works Festival presents a work in progress performance of Kintu & Nambi: An African Panto. A company of misfit actors with Sub-Saharan African heritage have just watched an English panto, but none of them get it! As they learn the customs of a panto and what makes it work, together they decide to create their own but with an African twist! Settling on classic Ugandan folktale Kintu & Nambi.
