An Evening of Leonard Cohen Songs with Ric Booth, Alastair Gordon and El Heneghan at Cafe No9
The Spiel
The first of two back to back shows. New Skin For The Old Ceremony. To mark ten years since Leonard Cohen's passing, local musicians Ric Booth, Alastair Gordon and El Heneghan have banded together to perform a tribute comprised of songs from across his career. Expect some relatively deep cuts alongside a few fan favourites, all creatively interpreted on guitar, double bass and accordion (without forgetting about the 1980s drum-machine material of course). ********************************************************************************** Please note this ticket price DOES include a BYOB fee should you wish to bring alcohol to the venue. All additional purchases of non alcoholic drinks and home baked sweet treats from the cafe counter are always very much appreciated.
