An Evening with the Hunters at Cafe No9 (celebrating the Life of Hank Williams)

The Spiel

Hank Williams - the long-gone daddy of honky tonk - wrote some of the best-loved classic country tunes: Jambalaya, Hey, Good Looking, and I’m so lonesome I could cry, to name but a few. He died at the age of 29 in the backseat of a car on the way to a concert. On his 103rd birthday, we will celebrate his life and living music with a tribute night featuring local Honky tonk heroes The Hunters and some special guests. ********************************************************************************** Please note this ticket price DOES include a BYOB fee should you wish to bring alcohol to the venue. All additional purchases of non alcoholic drinks and home baked sweet treats from the cafe counter are always very much appreciated.
