From his early days with Simply Red to stepping into the shoes of John Squire in The Stone Roses, Aziz has built a reputation as a fearless and versatile musician. A sought-after collaborator, he has worked with Ian Brown, Paul Weller, Asia, Steve Hogarth of Marillion, and Steven Wilson of Porcupine Tree, contributing to acclaimed recordings and electrifying live performances. Now, 25 years after it was first recorded, his long-lost debut album Lahore to Longsight finally sees the light of day. Featuring an all-star lineup including members of The Smiths, The Stone Roses and Primal Scream, the album stands as a powerful statement of Aziz’s artistry as both a guitarist and frontman.
