They take you on a journey, telling a story of 4 Frogs who get tired of the swamp and build a rocketship out of Mango Skin and set off for the Cosmos. The set tells them exploring the universe and the adventures they have along the way. Each song is intertwined into the storyline of the set. The music has a large variety from tight funk numbers to spacey and heartfelt songs as well as High-life and Flamenco inspired dancey songs and spooky too! It really has a song for everyone. Steel Frog are a Sheffield-born psychedelic indie-surf rock band, combining groove-driven riffs, shimmering guitars and infectious melodies with a healthy dose of amphibious charm. Inspired by everything from Sticky Fingers and Mac DeMarco to Led Zeppelin, their sound blends laid-back surf textures with rock'n'roll energy, creating a style that's entirely their own. Steel Frog have built a reputation for catchy grooves, dynamic live shows and an unmistakable sense of fun.
