Join us for the first monthly Sheffield People's Theatre (SPT) session to explore a major work written in 1895, The Seagull by Anton Chekhov.

Leave real life behind and delve into the world of theatre with like-minded people and a professional theatre maker. The Seagull is about people frustrated with their lives, unrequited love and the painful pursuit of artistic success.

This Scene Study session is a chance to explore and try out sections of The Seagull by Chekov. During this 2-hour workshop, we will work on scenes using different techniques from professional rehearsal rooms to shed light on meaning and bring clarity to performance.
